Guest chef (and James Beard Award-winning) Chris Shepherd of Underbelly Hospitality, a Houston restaurant group, collaborates with Tuan Pham of Fort Worth’s Four Sisters – A Taste of Vietnam, creating a feast of appetizers, entrees, sides, and sweets. Special wine pairings accompany each course, and every guest receives an autographed copy of Shepherd’s new book, Cook Like a Local: Flavors That Can Change How You Cook and See the World.
